Scott, a resident of Uptown Charlotte’s First Ward, got his real estate license just after graduating college in 1996. After watching his father grow a successful construction company and then go into real estate sales, Scott has spent nearly his whole life around real estate. He worked for two National real estate developer/builders in his first seven years in the real estate business. He then moved to Charleston, SC to start a new real estate company. After two years in Charleston, Scott missed the active synergy of Charlotte’s ever expanding real estate market and decided to return. As a native of Charlotte, Scott has seen the tremendous changes in the Charlotte real estate market and exponential growth in Uptown Charlotte over the past 20 years.
Through designing and programming multiple real estate websites, Scott has stayed on the cutting edge of real estate marketing through technology. He also published a real estate marketing book sold and distributed to real estate agents throughout the U.S. Now with over twelve years experience in buying and selling pre-construction, new construction, and resale properties, Scott is able to give his clients the insight that comes from assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers. |
